The 2 cows pictured are examples of the kind you will find here at our farm.  Also pictured is our current clean-up bull.  In 2008, we are breeding to Lodestar, Overtime 972, Top Criteria, and Nobel Prize.  We have 30 head of purebred cows & have marketed Limousin breeding stock since 1976. Our emphasis has always been on disposition & calving ease. 98% of the herd is polled, 80% are black with most being AI-sired. The 2007 calf crop is sired by Hanchon, MVP, Nobel Prize, LVLS Wolf Track, and 16P.  We do not follow the fads of the showring but our cattle have plenty of eye appeal.  Very few show cattle ever make a lasting, positive impact on the beef industry.   We believe the most important ribbon is the one coming out the top of YOUR adding machine and not the ones you receive at the shows, so we select for the economically-important traits (vigor at birth, fertility, longevity, easy-fleshing, structural soundness). Our growing list of repeat cusomers indicates we are on the right track in serving real-world cattlemen.  We would be happy to provide names & phone numbers of past buyers since we hang our hat on customer satisfaction.
